How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $60 and over (excluding taxes).

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We do offer international shipping. The international shipping charge varies on location and order size. You will receive a shipping estimate prior to checkout.

 

What happens to my order if an item is out of stock after my order has been placed?

If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, the out of stock item will be cancelled from your order and you will receive a notification via email. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped to you. If the initial order you placed met the $60 minimum free shipping threshold but part of your order was cancelled by lluillui, the order will still ship for free. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please visit the product page and sign up for the “email me when in stock” alert.

How can I find the status of my order?

First, sign into your lluillui account. You can find the status of a particular order and view your order history on the order status tracking page.

 

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be applied to your lluillui.com order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location. Please note that your order's ship-from location can change between the time your order is placed and when it ships, which may result in a sales tax charge that differs from the original estimate. Gift wrap and delivery charges may also be subject to tax in some states.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you are having issues at checkout please verify billing information matches your bank/credit card statements. For your own security, you won't be able to submit an order on lluillui.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn't match your credit card statement. Lluillui.com requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We will not remember your security code.

 

  Returns/Exchanges/Order Modifications  

 

What is your return policy?

We do our very best to make you happy! If something isn't right with your order, please contact us for order assistance. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Item(s) must be unused, in good condition and in original packaging. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of manufacturer/shipping errors or defects). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. How do I make a return?

Log into your lluillui account. Under “My Account” click “My Returns”

  • Click on ‘Create New Return’
  • Fill out RMA form with the following information: the reason for the return, refund preference (original payment or store credit)
  • Please specify if the item is a gift.
  • We will follow up with an email within two business days.
  • If return is accepted, ship item(s) back via shipping method of your choice. It is recommended to provide the tracking number for the return with your customer service rep. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and it is non-refundable.

Returns will be processed within 3 - 5 business days upon receipt of the package.

Can I be notified when an item is restocked?

Create a lluillui account here. Some pages have an "email me" feature that lets us notify you when your product is back! If the product says "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations can be made prior to the shipping process. Sign into your lluillui account to see your order status. Use our live chat feature to inquire about changing or cancelling the order.

 

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please sign into your lluillui account. Next, click on the live chat feature to be connected to a customer service representative. If you need additional assistance, please email us at contact@lluillui.com.

 

My order arrived with missing items, what should I do?

Your order may be arriving in two or more separate shipments. You can track your order by logging into your lluillui account. Click on the order status tracking page. If all your items are marked delivered but you are missing items - use the live chat feature to be connected to a customer service representative. Are the products on lluillui 100% authentic?

Yes. The products on lluillui are officially imported from Korea.

 

Will my product expire?

Just like all skincare and cosmetic products, our products will expire. The product you received is not expired and will not expire for quite a while.

Most of our items list a manufacturing date (제조) and/or an expiration date (까지). See the bottom/back of the product for a symbol labelled 6m or 12m. A 6m product is good to use 6 months after opening. A 12m product is good for 12 months after opening. For example, if your product expires in 2022 but you open it in 2020, you will have 6 months or 12 months (depending on the label) before the product expires. An unopened product will last until (까지) the expiration date listed.

If the product expires sometime during that month you are able to use the product to the end of that month, and maybe even a month after.

Can I use these products if I’m a male?

100% yes. Our products are based on skin type, not gender. Under each product, you will see what skin types it works best for (dry, oily, normal, sensitive, or ALL).

  lluillui Nail Stickers  

 

What are lluilui nail stickers?

lluillui nail stickers are made with 100% real gel nail polish. We have implemented a base coat, top coat, and strong adhesive into every nail sticker to provide you with the best quality. You can expect to personalize your nails in a quick, easy, and affordable way with lluillui nail stickers.

How long will the nail stickers last?

With proper application and care, lluillui nail stickers can last up to 14 days.

How do you find the correct size?

The lluillui nail sticker set contains 20 sizes to fit a wide range of nail sizes. Compare the size of your nails with the nail stickers prior to peeling them off and choose the appropriate sticker size for your nails. Choose a nail sticker slightly smaller than the width of your nails to avoid lifting of the sticker.

Do you apply a base coat?

No. Before applying the nail stickers, make sure to start with clean and dry nails with no product on them.

Can you go swimming while wearing the nail stickers?

Water contact is allowed an hour after application. The specialized adhesive from the nail stickers is strong enough to stay bonded with your nails even after contact with water.

Can you re-use the same nail sticker?

We recommend not to re-use lluillui nail stickers. The adhesive is the strongest and most effective when first applied. The adhesive will lose its strength to bond if the nail sticker is peeled off and re-used.

How can you make the nail stickers last longer?

Our specialized adhesive takes about an hour to completely bond to your nails. To ensure a strong bond that lasts, we recommend you to keep your nails away from water until the adhesive from the stickers has fully set onto your nails.

How do you remove lluillui nail stickers?

Once applied to your nails, the nail stickers can be peeled right off. Optional: because they are made of 100% real gel nail polish, they can also be removed with any acetone nail polish remover.

Can you apply lluillui nail stickers on your own?

Yes. llullui nail stickers are quick and easy to apply so you’ll be able to get used to it after the first few tries. Mistakes can happen, but because the nail stickers are quick and easy to remove, you can fix the mistake in no-time.
